I have ben fascinated with Pennhurst since working at the Ebensburg Center (another Pennsylvania State Institution for the developmentally disabled). I give this book 5 stars because it really makes you feel like you are walking through the Mayflower Building at Pennhurst - I couldn't close this book!!!
